New Year's Resolutions

Hello, guys! Today is the second day of a new 2016 year, a new year of hopes and expectations( as I've said before).
So I want to devote my today's post to new year's resolutions. Ok, have you decided what to do  this year yet?
We usually put a lot of resolutions in front of us:

In fact all our resolutions can be divided into five categories:

And we all believe that a new year means the beginning of changes in our lives. But the new year means nothing if you are still in love with your comfort zone. It's high time to leave this zone and start acting:

Well, after such a passionate speech I'm sure all of us are ready to do it;)
1. Let's start reading more, because books are an excellent way to get a lot of knowledge on different topics.
Visit http://www.readanybook.com/ and enjoy reading your favourite books.
2.Learn a new languagefreelanguage.org
3.Live a healthy lifestyle http://www.wikihow.com/Live-a-Healthy-Lifestyle
4.Find your hobbyhttp://www.ehow.com/
So this year I hope  you go on more adventures, are around good energy, connect with nice and interesting people, learn new things and become better.

Good luck!;)

Happy New Year!

Here comes 2016!
New Year means new hopes and expectations.
I adore New Year holiday because it's the time when the whole world turns into a real fairy tale.
Let's go on a trip around the world to see how world cities have prepared for this New Year.
New York

San Francisco

London

Sidney

Paris

Berlin

Peking

Rio de Janeiro

And these are two my native cities:
Kremenchug

Kharkov

So New Year has come!
May this New Year all your dreams turn into reality and all your efforts into great achievements.
Happy New Year, my dear friends!

Mog's Christmas by Judith Kerr

On the New Year Eve we want to create a special holiday atmosphere. So why not read a special Christmas book with your children?
Surfing the net I've come across an amazing Sainsbury's Christmas advert about Christmas adventures of a funny cat, Mog by name. This advert was based on Judith Kerr's book "The Mog series".
I think this book is a pleasent reading for children that learns them to be kind.
Let's watch the episode from this lovely book:

Winter holidays have already begun and it's Christmas now. Christmas is the time of joy and happiness. And when we are happy we want to sing. So why not  choose your favourite Christmas song and  sing it with your children at the lessons or at home.
So here is the list of my favourite Christmas songs that I use at my lessons:

Christmas Spirit

Hello, dear friends! The weather was awful this morning - it was raining almost all day and it seemed to me that autumn had returned.
But one of my students of the fifth grade presented me with this lovely hand-made monkey:)

And I've remembered that Christmas and New Year are on their way. So I decided to surf the net and find some interesting things connected with Christmas for my lessons. I came across a wonderful site full of interesting information which certainly help to make lessons more interesting and the process of learning English more exciting and easier. At this site you'll find crosswords and word-games, texts for reading and videos,  you can listen to your favourite songs and do activities that improve your skills. And all this information is about Christmas!:)  By the way it'll help you to create the atmosphere of holidays.

So let's get into Christmas spirit and have fun at esolcourses.com/content/topics/christmas/pre-intermediate/christmas-crossword.html
